"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started.
