"I moved into my house in 1995. There was all ready an in-ground (plaster) pool when we moved in. It had been built in 1990 by Sylvan Pools. The pool was beautiful until around 2010. There were a couple of spots at the bottom of the steps where the re-bar was showing through. So, I decided to have it re-plastered in 2012. I thought they did a good job, at first. The last day the worker, who put water into the pool, left a stain. Okay, I put up with that. Soon after, I tried to turn on the pool light & it didn't come on. It was flooded with water. Okay again, since I never use the pool light. But, starting about 3-4 years ago my pool has started to get more & more stains in it. We live in Phoenix Arizona. We don't close our pool & the pump is run everyday. This year we have had a terrible time with algae. While dealing with it I'm finding more & more hairline cracks in the plaster. "The original pool looked great for 20+ years. This one maybe 4 or 5 years. ""ADEQUATE"" seems" "to be the ""norm"" anymore.""

"The best ever experience ever, which is rarer now a days. They came and cleaned out my pool and his name was Alex he told me if you have any questions call me. Who's out here two days ago. And he told me what buttons not to hit and what buttons I can hit. I'm a plumber I have no idea what you're talking about so he told me if you have any problems call me I'll always answer your phone call and once again he did. And landscapers over here today and we all know how they make such a mess especially in the pool I made them clean out the pool but they can only do so much. I made a phone call to Alex he picked up on the third ring told him who I was you remembered me and told me what to do to 10-second a my pool is cleaning itself again. Anyone who wants a great Pool Service I recommend these guys highly. I myself run a successful Plumbing business and word of mouth and 10 Stars reviews or 5 Star reviews should some of that for everybody. I don't get any Kickback for saying this but these guys are the best. "Chris is amazing! He came on a Sunday to see what was going on with my filter, ordered the new filter and had it replaced within 3 days. He always lets me know ahead of time what the cost will be for any repairs. He's very conscientious of my time, he always let's me know if he's going to be even the slightest bit late. Chris is professional, polite and courteous. And my pool looks better than it ever has!!! I highly recommend this company. I actually texted him recently just to thank him for being so honorable and trustworthy. Those seem to be rare qualities to find these days."

Downstairs replacement of baseboards of center island & pantry baseboards.
These were just a start of the items we wanted to begin.  After the visit, we were told that we would have an email with examples of closets and associated estimates. No email or phone call was provided after the visit. Very odd considering that they were recommended so highly in the community.  

---Do not know if this is any relevance or not, but we are an LGBT family and it very obvious to us while making the appointment that this is a Christian organization. This made no difference to us, as we just wanted the jobs completed.---

Update: The owner and his daughter personally visited us this evening and profusely apologized for his company dropping the ball. He reiterated that his company does not discriminate and asked for a second chance to earn our business. He seemed genuinely upset and wanted to assure us that he valued our business. We believe him and want to encourage others to give this company a chance to earn your trust. "

"They came out drained the pool 1 day and the next day they came out early acid washed the pool and replaced about 20 tiles. My pool has never looked better since I moved in 8 years ago. I use them for my pool service now and they have done a great job over the past few months. They also fixed my fence gate for free they said it was a safety issue and just fixed the latch. they said because the pool tech did it in less than 20 min there was no charge."
