"These guys are awesome. I thought for sure I had found the provider I was going to use and then these guys showed up and from then on it was just effortless. They took care of everything. I never asked "hey can you guys do this" they always just offered how they would take care of me. There were items like sealing a small section of metal roof over our kitchen and repairing an area on our garage that were not part of the bid, but they did anyway. We have a fairly large house and they were done in 2 days. Whether it was for a quote or service, they showed up and left when they said they would. At bid, there was no upsell for different types of shingles, they only use high quality architectural shingles. My house looks awesome. I've used many contractors over the years and wouldn't recommend many, if any. I whole heartedly recommend Exterior Specialists. If you need roof work. Call these guys!"

"I had a major remodeling project and got help from their sales manager / designer who was the best! Too bad he left the company. The building manager who coordinated my deck build left the company after just a week. The electrician is wonderful & so is their primary tile subcontractor, but everyone else you need to watch closely. Surface Bella is very expensive and I doubt I got my money's worth, but at least they didn't run out on the job. They also tend to cut corners."

He was also quickly able to tell exactly what make/color I had without having to go through a week+ of research. His installation team took a couple days longer to get to my house than planned but overall they did a good job on the work. I would recommend him to anyone that needs siding work."

"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

Matt went above and beyond to ensure our home was completed to his standard which honestly was much higher than my own. Matt built our house cutting no corners and that was important to us at the time and after being in the house for several months, reminds us why we chose Wheelhouse over others. We bought an old home in an established neighborhood that needed expanding and updating. Wheelhouse literally took the roof off our house to add a second story and fully renovated our existing kitchen, living room, and other bedrooms. "John did an excellent job!  Very happy with the results.  He replaced 6 rotting fascia or soffit boards where they connected to various areas of our upper roof. He offered advice and made repairs on a window in an dormer that we were sure we would have to replace.   Looks like new and bought us a few more years without replacement.  John gave us a price for 7 areas .  He was honest enough to tell us one of the areas did not need repair.  What appeared from the ground to be a hole was roof flashing.  We weren't there when he was  making the repairs and would have never known had he not told us. We added extra work after the quote (dormer window & gable vent) which took our total from $650 to $815.  He checked with us prior to the work to make sure the additional cost was approved.
John gave us the best price and told us it would be 3 weeks before he could do the job and that could change depending on the weather.  It was 7 weeks before he could get to us. It took 3 separate trips...a Thurs, Sat, and Sun. That said, we understood when we hired John that our job was a small and an inconvenient type of job. We have a two story house with an extremely steep roof. We KNEW that our job would not be large enough to meet a week's payroll and EXPECTED it to be worked in between larger jobs.  The wait was worth it to us to get the quality of work done at such a reasonable price.  The damage he repaired had been there for over a year, what's a few more weeks? 
The only thing I would suggest to John is that he be a bit more proactive in keeping his customers apprised of his schedule. However, he always returned my text or call promptly.
We would definitely hire John again!
