He had done a range of medium size projects for me in the last 10 years, ranging from kitchen back splash installation, Range Hood fan installation, to bathroom shower remodeling. I was always impressed with the work quality and competitive pricing. The latest major job he just finished for me this week is a major master bathroom remodeling, which includes installation a new freestanding tub and new title floor, which requests removal of existing jet tub, installing new title, freestanding tub & faucet, vanity, lights, and mirrors. The whole job took a full two weeks to complete. The work is done on time with excellent quality. Overall quote was competitive to begin with and Scott actually completed the job below cost at the end. Hard to find a good and honest contractor like Scott these days."

"We have been renovating and flipping houses for more than 30 years, and we have never been as impressed with the contracting firm as we are with Villatoro Construction. At the end of our renovation, there wasn't an area of our house that wasn't touched in some way. They were consistently the best. They were able to start work quickly, showed up as promised, and worked full days. They paid so much attention to detail, ensuring that everything was perfect. Every single room received some kind of treatment, with the kitchen and two bathrooms receiving a full remodel, including removing walls to combine rooms. The real trick was that we lived several hundred miles away while they were doing the work, so we had to coordinate everything from a distance. From the very beginning, the owner, Terry, and our project manager, Vince, were very responsive and communicated well. They were well organized, on-time, and stayed within the budget.
