He had done a range of medium size projects for me in the last 10 years, ranging from kitchen back splash installation, Range Hood fan installation, to bathroom shower remodeling. I was always impressed with the work quality and competitive pricing. The latest major job he just finished for me this week is a major master bathroom remodeling, which includes installation a new freestanding tub and new title floor, which requests removal of existing jet tub, installing new title, freestanding tub & faucet, vanity, lights, and mirrors. The whole job took a full two weeks to complete. The work is done on time with excellent quality. Overall quote was competitive to begin with and Scott actually completed the job below cost at the end. Hard to find a good and honest contractor like Scott these days."

We worked through the design with Terry Bradley, Kim Bradley, and a couple of their subcontractors to get everything just right. This design and quoting process was smooth and ensured everyone was aligned. Once the project kicked off we worked with Kim Bradley as Project Manager. Kim is extremely thorough, dedicated, and was our biggest ally through the project. Kim ensured that all the subcontractors showed up as needed to keep the project on schedule and that everyone completed their work per the plan and at a high level. During the project a couple mistakes were made and without fail Kim picked up the phone and immediately made things right. Kim, Terry, Brian, Glen, and all the folks at Bradley have been a pleasure to work with. It's refreshing to find a true trustworthy professional."

The initial process was different then I had seen before with me going over the scope of work with a project manager on the phone and me sending pictures of the rooms and spaces that would be remodeled. Different isn't bad their process worked very well. before the work the contractor Robert [Provider Name Removed] made an appointment to complete a walk through. Robert showed up early which was a pleasant surprise as most companies get there when they want. We eventually signed after a price was given. The billing process was simple. "We hired Villatoros to remove our old deck and replace it with a 24' x 22' screened in porch with a new porch roof built into our existing roof. It is now where we spend the most time during the Spring, Summer and Fall. The quality of their work was very impressive. Our neighbors all say it looks like something out of a Southern Living magazine. It turned out well beyond our original expectations. This was a very big home project for us. We read some positive reviews, but we didnâ t have any firsthand experience with Villatoros. We started out small with them just adding a new roof structure over our old deck because we were having our whole roof reshingled for hail damage by a roofer selected by our insurance company. That was such a positive experience that we next asked them to remove the old deck and build a new larger deck with a concrete slab under it. As that work was being done, we felt really good about having selected them. We expanded the project to include finishing the inside of the porch, adding the screening, expanding the uncovered deck area, adding a skirt around the bottom of the deck and building a shed roof on the side of the house. They handled all of the necessary permitting and inspections from beginning to end. Multiple crews worked on various parts of the project. They would arrive first thing in the morning and work until the end of the day. Over the weeks a couple of days were interrupted by material delays. They were very good about letting us know if the crew would not be out on a particular day. A couple of times we expressed concerns about how some part of the work was being done or changes that we wanted to make. They openly discussed our concerns, stopped the area of work and redid it to more than our satisfaction. When discussing changes, they shared alternatives and adjusted the project to include our alterations. We always felt very comfortable talking with the teams about the work they were doing, the work that was planned next and any changes we were thinking about. Their experience on prior projects was also very helpful in coaching us on possible changes we were thinking about. We found the owner, project leader and all of the team members very professional. We had feared trusting this project to some local 3 guys and a truck crew or some large new home builder less interested in our porch addition. We absolutely recommend them and plan to use them again this Fall for another major home improvement project."

"Purpose of project was to convert a screen porch to an office/den such that it looked like it was part of the original design of house. Project length was projected to take 8 weeks by contractor and this was right on the nose. Project involved multiple subs and their quality of work was good to great. The project manager that was assigned kept in daily touch by texts and site visits and questions and concerns were addressed as soon as they occurred. Project had some unanticipated twists but they were handled quickly and efficiently. The project objectives were met and we are well satisfied."

Clinton did a fantastic job listening to what we wanted and walking us through every option and decision. The entire team did a great job executing our vision. The quality and attention to detail were stellar. To mention some minor cons, our initial experience with the sales team was frustrating, and we would have preferred to communicate directly with the project manager much earlier in the process. The job also ended up taking significantly longer than expected, but this was mostly due to unanticipated structural issues. The final product was worth these issues.
