"I can't say enough about the incredible job that Mr. Norkus and his crew did with replacing my gutters, repairing the fascia board, and capping all the exterior wood trim. It looks incredible!! Mr. Norkus was thorough and professional from the initial estimate to the final inspection of the work that he and his crew performed. He explained every step of the process, He was patient with me and responsive to my questions. He made recommendations that I hadn't thought of and explained both the pros and cons of one aspect of the work that I had requested. I can't thank him enough for the job that he did. Finally, when I received the final bill it was less than the original estimate. Mr. Norkus explained to me that the original estimate included the cost of replacement of 100' of fascia board, but that he only needed to replace 70' of fascia. Thorough, professional, and honest. They made recommendations for what I needed and explained it in a manner I could understand which was not the case with a different roofing contractor who came to my home to estimate the job. To me, the situation was something of an emergency with winter approaching, and Impriano made scheduling of my roof a priority. Workers were very professional, punctual, and took great care not to impact the adjacent townhouse properties. Workers kept me informed of how work was progressing. They took photos at various stages so I could see the work being done; the photos of the completed job confirmed that my existing gutter guards, etc., had been secured.
