They did have a problem getting a correct switch and it required two return trips to get it right. Their estimates and invoices show items and quantity but do not show the each price or type. For example, they will have a line item and quantity but not show what the unit of quantity is (like each, hours, etc.) or the cost per unit. They then just show a grand total."

"After calling for a quote. I was contacted by Jason, the owner. The appointment was scheduled quickly and at my convenience. Jason followed up on the day before he was to work to confirm the appointment and also called before he arrived to do the work. He presented a business card first and began to work right away. I also needed to have a fire alarm installed which he said he would have time to do so. My light switch to a kitchen light had broken and I asked if he had a replacement part. He installed that as well. All within the first hour of work. During this time he was instructional about his work he was doing. I felt he very out going and showed me that he was willing to go do the extra work I needed done. I will absolutely hire him again to do work on my home ."
