Manuel is a very engaging and easy going individual to work with. The crew that did the roof replacement down to new sheeting were very professional and family friendly in their attitude and work ethics. They were on time every day and worked with a steady cadence even after temperatures hit the low 100's the second day into the four day project. They cleaned up after themselves after each day and took care to avoid damaging property and landscaping. They were never a nuisance during the entire project as I worked from home during the entire process. They were polite and understanding when I occasionally stepped outside to see how things were progressing. Overall, I could not be happier with the work they did and quality of job done. "I believe North Star Roofing and Construction changed ownership sometime in the last few years or there are two companies with the same name, or something else is going on. I Googled Russ Oja who I always dealt with and found him on Linked In as the former owner. I looked on the Land I site

and found that Russ' license lapsed on 6/10/2012. So the North Star Roofing and Construction company that I dealt with is no more. Furthermore I see no North Star Roofing in Seattle listed on the Land I site.
I am writing this because Angie's List asked for a review. I'm not sure what I clicked or wrote that made them aware of my prior use of North Star. The North Star I used was addressed on Mukilteo Speedway in Lynwood. The North Star that Angie's List has prompted me to review is at 815 1st Ave in Seattle.
