"The flooring was installed beautifully a d the crew was very professional. Nail was very good with communication, making sure everything was done satisfactorily. I would recommend anytime."

"David and his crew did an outstanding job installing my wood laminate flooring. They performed custom touches that most contractors would never attempt to perfect the final project. They were on time, clean, hardworking and friendly. I was in the flooring business for 20 years and wish all contractors had the professionalism and skill presented by Hardwood Headquarters. They can use me as a reference anytime and I will recommend them to all my friends and family with full confidence that they will provide a quality job and the price will be fair."

"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"Ken was fantastic to work with. He arrived on time, delivered exceptional craftsmanship, and his professionalism exceeded my expectations. He removed the old carpet, installed my luxury vinyl plank flooring flawlessly, cleaned up thoroughly, and even hauled away the carpet. My home was spotless when he finished. If you need any flooring work done, I highly recommend Ken. I’ve already hired him again for another In June."

"The choice of floors was excellent. The The salespeople were very informative and patient. The installers did expert work. The office people were helpful. Every one of these people were pleasant. We are completely satisfied."

"The estimate was fair and the quality of the work done to refinish the floors was great"

"I had them redo the floors at a rental property. They did an adequate job. I got a fair deal for the money I paid. I would say if your looking for a meticulous company to do your floors then perhaps you should look elsewhere. Again, not a bad job, just not the quality that makes them great or outstanding."

"Had two other quotes. Empire gave me the best price. They also included a sound barrier underneath the plank flooring, which the other company wasn't going to provide. Technician removed my toilet before installing for flooring, which the other company wasn't going to do. Technician included floor molding, which the other company wasn't going to do. Empire salesman came with samples to show me, straightforward pricing, and made the process very simple. I didn't need to look elsewhere after that. I knew this was what I wanted. Great job by salesman and technician. My floor is beautiful!"

"Not only was he 30% lower than EVERYONE else, but he tackled a 'specialty' project without a change in the price even though it took him about 4 hours longer than expected. -Robert"
