"We had some sewage back up into our basement sink on a Saturday morning. I called Clog Busters based on their Angie’s List reviews. They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. Great customer service and they earned their money working in some frigid and snowy weather. I hope to never have another sewer backup, but if I do, I will call Clog Busters."

"Old unit was not working and could not be repaired.  The sales rep. explained several options and stated pros and cons.  I chose the high efficient unit.  It has been an excellent choice.  It uses very little salt and provides soft water as advertized.  The installation of the new unit and removal of the old was done without any mess as care was taken by the workers.  All representatives were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.  Once the salt was removed from the old container, an Aqua Systems representative came the next day after my call to remove it from my basement. "

"I called on a Sunday and the plumber, Dennis, was at the house within a couple of hours. I was concerned about higher rates on a Sunday, but Dennis told me that Michigan Plumbing does not charge extra for weekends. Dennis was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He spent time checking all of the bathrooms and drains and after flushing two other toilets further down the drain run was able to clear up a blockage which was causing an air pocket. He saved us from what could have been an expensive repair. He didn't charge us for his time. I am very impressed by his honesty and his skills. "<br /> <br /> Saturday: Clogged sewer line which was cleared.... so we thought..Sunday: Sewer line again was clogged, they came out within the hour. This was a no charge call. Upon their arrival I noticed an area in my yard which had standing water. Yep, bigger problems. They helped clear the line again, while I started digging up my sewer line to find the problem. I had dismissed them and kept digging. I brought them back out on Tuesday and they repaired my sewer line and put in a clean-out, outside of the house. Thinking this "might" have fixed the problem, I thanked them and moved forward....The installation of this outside clean-out which cost considerably less than another Plumber, yet I also did most of the digging myself.This also opened up an opportunity to run a camera through and find out why I kept having this backup problem.Next visit, camera wasn't available, but they came out and used a different cutter from outside. This outside location gave us additional reach in the sewer line to make sure it was clear all the way to the city main. The clog was "at" the main, which we were not able to reach previously, because it was over 125'.Long story short, I am very happy with their work. They didn't throw the most expensive thing at me up front, which another plumber did.I am very happy with Drain Works."

"I came home from work at 6:30 to hear the sound of rushing water.  I ran downstairs (to my finished basement) to find 3 inches of water in the basement. When we checked the spare bedroom down there, the pipe in corner was cracked and spewing water. I turned off the water to the whole house, called my insurance agent, they told me to call a plumber, but could not provide me the name of one they recommended. They told me to look in the phone book.  When I was looking through the phone book, I called several places that said they provided emergency service, however no one, not even an answering service answered my call.  When I called Aspen Plumbing, they took my information and told me someone would call me back shortly. Within 5 minutes the plumber called me back and told me he would be out in about 45 minutes.  He actually arrived in 30 minutes, quickly diagnoses the problem and repaired it.  It turns out he was one of the guys who had come out and installed the new heat pump I bought with my furnace from Aspen Heating & Cooling.  He was very polite, professional and gave me some very good advice in navigating the next stages of this clean up.  When he gave me the bill, he was almost apologetic that he had to charge me the $99 service call since it was after hours.  He could see how overwhelmed I was by what was happening."
