After checking around we decided to go with his business on the stripping. His crew arrived on time and spent the day getting the deck pressure washed and stripped for staining. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. When I chose Deluxe to do the repair, the same repairman who quoted the job did the job. He was there on time. Did the exact work which had been quoted. Did the repair quickly and cleaned up after. It has been several months and a number of significant rains following the repair and we have not seen one new water spot!
