He looked at something else for us for no extra charge. He had to have a specific tool to finish up the project I was having him out for but he didn't have it, it had broken. Then, I was asking him about all the pipes connecting to the pool from the tank. He went and took a look and helped make sure that everything was operating well. He kind of went above trying to do the right thing. He had all his equipment but he just didn't have that very particular equipment that he needed. I probably won't use him again. My husband is a 'fix it' man but he had traveled and so I had used him as a second choice. It was more of a necessity at the time."
