He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

"My wife and I learned about Moylan Contracting because of the work they were doing on another house down the street. We noticed they kept an incredibly clean site, and were very friendly when we said hello on walks, so we called for a quote on a kitchen remodel we wanted done. John came over and we were immediately impressed. You could tell he had a lot of experience as he talked us through different design options and listened to our goals for the project. After some consideration we moved forward with his team and are very happy we did. John did a great job keeping us up to date throughout the project. His team stayed on schedule and on budget (except for the additions we added to the scope) and checked in with us constantly about expectations, when we needed to select countertops, backsplash, light fixtures, etc. John would also take our call to talk through any of our questions or concerns during construction, regardless of time of day. No corners were cut - if something was being built from scratch, it was done correctly....if something that was being renovated was less than ideal (existing walls/studs out of plumb, uneven flooring, etc) it was made as correct as possible before the work was done.
