"Phillip and his team at Perfect Circle Construction did a great job! The pipe to my outside faucet kept bursting when it got too cold and my dining room door leaked water into my basement. Phillip was able to diagnose the problem pretty quick. The flashing around the door was bad causing wall and door frame damage that needed replacing. The water getting in caused the insolation to get damp and freeze. Then the CPVC pipe would burst. He walked us through the pricing of repairs and added recommendations to help keep costs down. Work was done in a week after receiving the door and the replacement door is a dream to use. Phillip and team were professional throughout and had open communications. With repairs to the walls, faucet pipe, and door, my basement is now warmer and I don't have water everywhere! So far we've survived single digit temps without issue! I would hire Perfect Circle Construction again if the need arose. Thank you for a job well done!"

He was also very helpful in terms of preparing me for what I needed to have ready for the contractors and offering suggestions for outside experts who laid the floors, painted the walls, hung the cabinets, and installed the granite. "We hired JB Construction Innovations to do a complete renovation on an older home in Frankfort KY - we took a 5 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home to a 4 bedroom 4 bath home with their help. We opened and moved walls - redesigned space and the outcome was absolutely stunning. They did a great job from planning, design, permitting and construction and completion down to clean up. We would absolutely use them again. This home was purchased to utilize as an AirBNB and we are up and operational and doing well. "This was a 440 square foot addition with a 240 square foot deck; Jorge finished the project within two months while still providing excellent workmanship. To support this accomplishment, I had to do my part also. Choose materials that were readily available, doors, windows, flooring, lighting, etc. You cannot finish a project in two months if you choose custom order materials that have a three/four-month lead time. This is to say, my expectations were realistic, and I had to enable and collaborate with Jorge so he could help me. Jorge and his people exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail was very good, if we had an issue we would discuss and resolve. Financially this was a huge project for myself and my family. There are a lot of things that can go wrong when you are moving earth, tearing out walls and building something from your imagination and a 2-D drawing.
