He even made sure that the temperature setting was the same as it had been before. (I have young children who like to play with the faucets, and I didn't want the temperature too hot.) "The pros were: the installations were done correctly; suggested that I purchase a better, long-lasting ring instead of the one that came with the product which I did; installed an additional item that he had not previously installed before and demonstrated how to operate it. The cons were: he did not remove any of the old toilets; he did not tell me that they still had water in them; he did not clean up. There was glue and debris left at every installation site. I had to incur the extra cost of removing each of the three old toilets which turned out to be quite an ordeal."
