"All went well. From my first phone call to Guy, who was so friendly and patient with my concerns ( my first time shipping my car) Guy patiently answered all my questions. "Fantastic! This small (father and son?) company was timely, thorough, and courteous. Due to job conflicts they had to do one half of our blinds on each of two dates, but they did a fantastic job and each time that they were here to take down or rehang the cleaned blinds they completed their work in ca 15 minutes! They took down the blinds, took them away and brought them back clean and dry within 48 hours (24 hours for one batch). They can only do plastic or metal blinds, not wood or fabric, but the completed jobs were done quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Three blinds were damaged by plants that had been allowed to grow through the blinds over the years and those stains could not be removed so we had them replaced by Indy Shades and while I cannot comment on relative pricing versus other suppliers, they did order and install the blinds quickly and without an install charge. Overall we were very happy with this company and how they went about doing their business and will use them again in the future."

"It went fine. The installer was excellent. The new system is very quiet and smooth running. The only thing I don’t like at all is that the remote doesn’t work until I’m already in the driveway. My previous system remote would start opening the door when I was three houses away and I didn’t have to wait for the door to open. Other than that the new system is good. I’d use them again."

"I had a broken window and they came out, measured it, cut the glass and they fit the window and came out and installed it. It all went pretty smoothly. They replaced the broken glass with the new glass and they were able to use the old wood trim. They were efficient and fast. Because the glass had to be custom made, it was a little pricey. But I would say their pricing was competitive and fair."

"Although Mr. Tremain was the first to look at my bathrooms, I didn't get an estimate from him until two weeks after I had received an estimate from both other companies. Also, after one of the other companies suggested a kind of cabinet that I liked better (65 inch, two doors and center drawers) than the two 30-inch cabinets with spacers that Mr. Tremain suggested, so I called and left a message asking whether he could do that kind of cabinet. I never heard from him. Still,if I were to re-do our third bathroom, I would call this company and give them another chance."
