"Brian gave me an estimate and said if I left the car that evening (Tuesday), it would be ready on Thursday. I left it mid-afternoon on Tuesday, and he called me the next day around noon and told me it was ready to go. They did a very good job on matching the paint and repairing the visual damage. I did have a rattle in the bumper reinforcement that was there since the initial damage was done several years ago. The rattle was not as severe, but still there, even though they had welded the reinforcement. I took it back and Brian tried to get the rattle taken care of by adding some screws. It did help some, but the rattle was still there. I called him a couple of weeks later, after I tried myself to find the rattle. He made arrangements for me to bring it in again so he could try to fix the rattle. When I arrived, Brian took off the bumper cover and after a few minutes was able to determine that the rattle was due to the reinforcement being bent and there was metal to metal contact, causing the rattle on rough roads. He welded numerous areas, working toward eliminating the rattle. This was a tedious process, but finally most of the rattle was eliminated, or minimized. He determined that to totally get rid of the rattle, a new reinforcement would have to be installed. I do not believe the cost would be worth it on a 6 year old SUV, so I opted not do that. Brian went to extreme measures to try to rectify the problem to my satisfaction."
