"We had them replace our rear deck about a year ago, did a great job. Posted a review here on that job. They did some external wood trim on the upper patio to tie things together. They pressured washed both decks. The new rear deck is a single level. The front deck has three levels. Were very clean during the pressure washing and ensured that no mess was left behind after. They stained the rear deck and made sure that everything was covered and sealed completely before starting. After they sprayed everything was cleaned very well. They spent a lot of time making sure that the siding on house was clean and free from any stain. After they painted the front after prepping the area completely. Gave the deck two coats of solid color stain. Gave the top deck a third coat because they were not happy with just two coats. Cleaned everything up and left nothing behind. Overall great job again by them and are planning on having them remodel our bathroom shortly. <br />"

"Gary arrived on time and worked hard to complete the work.  The deck required two coats of Deck Over in most places and three coats on the top rail.  The work took longer than anticipated, but was done with attention to detail.  Gary took his time and did a really nice job for us that should last for quite a few years.  We are happy with the result and the price was reasonable. <br />"

"I have 2 patio doors that leak after heavy rainstorms. Tom look one look and informed me that the doors had never been properly caulked and sealed. One door had moisture damage at the bottom of the trim surrounding the door. He gave me an estimate of $125 to repair the doors. He returned 3 days later after the weather had warmed up and promptly repaired the doors. His work was neat and efficient. I would hire him again."

"I found the site over the web and contacted thecompany. From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area. The item was made, shipped and damaged in transit and they took care of details of returning item to them, dealing wiht the insurance company, correcting the issue, keeping me up to date in the process and remaking the awning and getting it back to me. They supplied detailed instruction to my contractor for installation and were available via phone for consult during the process. I am very pleased."

"He seemed to be a good worker and the price was reasonable. I had already bought the stone and windows and so forth. He was supposed to do it on September 23rd but he did not show up until late October. He was contracted to put in four new windows, and take the old boards off of the bay windows in the front and put stone on it. He sent someone else to do the remaining work, because he was busy but that guy never came so he finally called and he came out and his crew finished the job. I paid them separately and it cost a little bit more. What ESP Home Repair did was good but he did not do what was contracted. His time and calling back were horrible. He is not professional if he does not come back and takes other jobs in the mean time."
