"I wanted to install a stone patio but had water and drainage problems. They took care of everything. They installed a dry well and thereâ s a lot of pipes they installed under the new patio and the lawn. The patio is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The even tightened up the staircase to the deck by installing a concrete step hidden under the staircase so it isnâ t noticeable but strengthened and secured the staircase. The first step of the staircase is now a granite step - a nice surprise - which will add years to my staircase. On their way out they added grass seed to the lawn - again an unexpected surprise. Finally I just want to say the team was extraordinary hard working. They showed up when they said they would, and often stayed till 7pm. I would hire them again - they are amazing!"

The challenge came from the adjacent conservation area and town. There were other patios that had been built in this complex without approval from the conservation officer. This created a scenario that meant my project would be scrutinized and managed to the nth degree. Rodrigo was amazing. He knew what was happening and understood town politics. He was patient and willing to work with the conservation group as they adjusted the requirements a few times. He had to step over some land mines but he and his team designed and built a patio that met my needs and also the town?s requirements.
