He explained the steps he was going to take and why they were necessary. He made suggestions to improve the performance of the door. Vincent even helped me troubleshoot my finicky garage door opener. Before he left, Vincent cleaned my garage. When I spoke with Mike initially, he said they do not subcontract the work. They have only experienced installers.
