"I had a wonderful experience with this company. From the first phone call to the follow up after the work was done, total professionalism and excellent customer service. I had a huge problem with birds living (and clogging) my gutters. Edward came and evaluated the situation within a day of the first phone call. He was able to recommend an affordable product to keep the birds out once his team had cleaned out all the buildup. He even went so far as to put the birds nests in a tree, rather than just toss them aside. He took care of a bee's nest and replaced a pipe without adding to the original estimate. His price was affordable and fair! He sent me pictures along the way of the problem and how clean the gutters were now. There was no mess left behind and it was all done quickly and efficiently! He did not ask for a deposit, and payment was handled through Venmo without a problem. I would recommend New England Improvements to anyone looking for a job well done!"

"We had AmeriGutter replace all of our gutters and fascia boards in fall 2018. Overall we were very happy. Although it took many weeks after we signed the contract for the work to start, the crew was very professional and worked fairly quickly. I can't say enough about Carlos the job captain who was polite and really seemed to care about doing the job correctly. Brad the owner was responsive when the crew found carpenter ants and we needed to wait for bug treatment and then expand the job to replace all the fascia boards. They also came out again a few weeks later after we had some minor punch-list items. I waited until spring to post the review to see how the gutters performed -- so far, so good! We had four quotes and AmeriGutter was the only company that would do wood fascia boards AND paint them before the gutters were installed. I'm sure the PVC boards last longer but the cost for those seemed high. Costs were in line with rival firms. One strange thing is that the salesman (Andrew) quoted for painting the fascia boards, but I later had the impression that this was a rare option that the crew didn't often do -- they had a special painter guy with them who was new to the company. On the plus side he was also great!"

He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions. I was very pleased with his interaction and have no doubt as to his capability. Unfortunately, you can only hire one firm and I opted for a different company but you should contact him for an estimate on your job. He is well established and would be competitive."

They have been doing this for a long time and get it done right! They are prompt to correct any issues or concerns and work with you to design the most appropriate system for your home design. Our home design with multiple roof lines is complicated so it needed skilled people We waited 1 year for a prior gutter contractor to get this work done and in the end we are glad he never came through. We feel we got a much better quality product, with prompt install, resolution of the few after issues we had, and no headaches or contractor chasing. Another plus is that gutter shell has no strapping showing on the gutters. Most do! We did not want this as it does spoil the look of the architecture to see the strapping. He removed an old gutter and found rotted wood behind it. He removed the rotted wood and replaced it with primed new wood. The new gutters are great and blend into the house trim wonderfully. Scott kept me up to date on his progress. His communication with me was excellent. I highly recommend Amerigutter for any gutter repair or installation."

"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."
