They kept us informed of everything they were doing and were exceedingly polite and pleasant. The quality of their work was impeccable. "Terry and his crew are honest, hard working, and professional. They did a complete remodel of our bathroom, fixing unforeseen problems along the way including HVAC ventilation, toilet vent, and subfloor replacement. Terry goes the extra mile to fix all the behind the scenes problems so the final product will last for years and years. The only drawback, and reason for not giving a complete 5 out of 5 rating is the amount of time it took to get the remodel started. He started about 2 months after the original plan. But it's a good thing he's busy, it means everybody wants him. If you can be patient with the timing, Terry is worth it."

One year later I contacted Bryan again, and he was ready to place me on his schedule in two weeks. The price was just slightly higher from the original quote, which was to be expected. His contracts are strait forward and easy to understand. He and his crew are great. They were respectful of the time they started/finished daily due to parking restrictions in my area. Cleaned up the work area every day. Any issues he encountered were discussed so there would be no surprises at the end. They are pros in every sense of the word. The finished product looks great.
