"After getting a $15,000 quote from Thompson to do the job, their quote was $2,500 for poly or $3,500 for copper. We went with the poly since it meant one long run from the meter to the house. Copper would have meant having to dig up more yard, and several solder joints along the way. They have a great process where the only dig at the meter and at the house. I watched them do it and it was pretty cool. They have an attachment that they use that slices through the old line while guiding the new line through it underground. No digging a 200 foot trench through my yard. They kept my yard clean, even going so far as to put the top layer of grass back so it hardly looked like anything had been done.

"I was very pleased with Trinity Plumbing and Rodney Robbins.  He was in Amelia when I called, but was immediately available to drive to my home within Cincinnati city limits.  He had the necessary part on his truck to fix my toilet.  After finishing up with the float replacement,  I also asked him to check a leaking faucet handle in my basement laundry room.  He gladly looked it over, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away.  Mr. Robbins was very friendly, informative, and efficient in the use of his time.  I couldn't have been more impressed.  The price was right too.  I will definitely recommend him to friends and family, and plan on calling him again if I have another plumbing issue.

The water supply line behind the wall in my laundry room burst sometime during the night. When I came down stairs, I was greeted with the sound of spraying water and water all over the laundry, kitchen and bathroom floors. I called Millennium Plumbing and left a message.

Dexter returned my call within 10 minutes and said he would arrive in 30-40 minutes. He was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, cut through the drywall to access the burst line and repaired it by adding a shark fitting. He was thorough to visually check for other possible leaks as well as the checking water meter. He was courteous and professional. He completed the work and was gone in 50 minutes or less. A tough start to the day but Millennium saved my Sunday!

"I called in the morning and explained my problem. Aaron said he could show up to take a look within a couple of hours. He showed up barely two hours later, as promised, inspected the situation and gave me a verbal estimate and said he could be back to fix it after lunch. I agreed and he left. Sure enough around 12:30 he came back with his equipment and assistant and they fixed my problems by 2:00pm. I was working when they finished but he called to let me know they were done and sent me pictures of the work before covering the pipe back with dirt. I am very pleased with the professionalism (which is a rare thing nowadays) and the punctuality. The work quality looks good but time will tell. "Jason's crew patched small holes, d**** and damage from nail pops and twenty years of kids wear-and-tear. Painted the ceilings, walls and trim in each bedroom and the hallway. Looks fantastic! They additionally painted the exterior trim and ceiling of our porch. Crisp and clean. As with any job, there were a few small things we noticed afterward, but they came back promptly for touch-up, and made everything look great! Jason and his crew were very polite and personable. We'll be happy to hire them in the future for additional jobs."
