After a nationally known sewer/drain cleaning company snaked out the trap and did a camera inspection of the main line for me, I was told the line was broke and needed to be replaced or relined. They even showed me their video where they said were breaks. I called Daniel for a second camera inspection, he responded promptly, was very friendly, professional, polite. He saw no breaks, showed me the whole video showing just waste build up so he hydrojetted the line, spending several hours flushing it out until it was clear, making sure there was no mess, even allowing me to put a copy of the before/after videos on a flash drive for myself. Saved myself a great deal of expense, headache, and worry with Daniel. No hidden surprises. You can go with others if you want, but call Daniel first! You will be so happy that you did. "I had a clogged sewer main and needed someone ASAP. After contacting Home Advisor Craig from All Jersey Plumbing called back within 2 minutes of my submission. First impressions mean a lot to me and Craig was professional, well spoken and fit me in after the call he was on. They arrived on time and kept me updated during the call he was currently on. He put on booties to protect our carpets and was very careful not to damage anything and keep the mess to a minimum. He laid down tarps, brought in paper towels, towels and deodorizer. He was thoroughly prepared and absolutely professional. After jetting out the drain (I highly recommend this over just snaking it) he ran a camera through all the way to the street. He showed and explained everything along the way. Thankfully everything looked good and he even went the extra length to run a cleaning head through the line to get it extremely clean. I m certain this main hasn t been this clean since it was installed. Total peace of mind now. "The team at pipe works is totally focused on customer satisfaction. I called pipe works and I believe lisa or heather picked up the phone. I informed them about my toilet was clogged. She expressed compassion and empathy. She said I have to locate a service technician. She called back within 2 minutes. She asked is this an emergency? I said we can wait until the next day. She made an appointment with me. Delroy was scheduled the next day between 8-12am. Delroy arrived promptly within the given time. I expressed my concerns with my only toilet. Delroy, jumped into action. He went to his van. He returned with an auger. He attempted to unclog the toilet upstairs before going to downstairs to the waste pipe and or sewer. Delroy went back to his van and brought in the electric pipe snake. He went down stairs and attempted to unclog the blockage with the machine. 1st,2nd,3rd, attempt to no avail. Delroy remained constant. He manipulated the electric snake in such a way that the clog shattered. He called up stairs to try the toilet. I flushed the toilet. What a relief! Clog is gone. Delroy came upstairs. He brought his tools to the van. He came in and he went over the bill with me. I paid up. Delroy left. Pipe works goes above and beyond! I recommend pipework!"
