"We hired this company for roof shingle replacements after a wind storm. He responded quickly, got the shingles replaced for us and continued to work in the dark until the job was done. However, I only give 3 stars because we spoke to them about obtaining a W-9 from the company for tax purposes being that the property that was repaired is a rental property. They agreed to provide the form but never did. This was the first time we have dealt with a company that didn't want to provide a W-9. Disappointed and I do not recommend."

"Phil the project manager for the new roof is a great honest professional I'd ask for him. He answered all questions from the inspection to the finished roof really polite, knowledgeable and honest. The roof is real nice owens corning 3d shingles makes the difference. The whole project was perfect they cover your whole exterior of your house to protect your siding and other stuff. They arrived at 9am and were done and cleaned up by 3pm. 6 hrs for a whole house tear off and roof install. Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. The job was started within a few days after my acceptance, earlier than originally agreed upon due to rain in the forecast, and was finished in one day. I was grateful for the fast response because of the emergency nature of the job. Nick went the extra mile and had his crew repair two other bad spots found on the roof that were not included in the quote at no extra charge. "I hired Ridge Top to repair/install siding after removing a deck. The company called back (which many didn't bother to do) and had someone come estimate the work very quickly. The day of the fix the installer double checked the work we wanted to have done. Based on his experience we may slight adjustment to put a board rather siding below the patio adjustment. He was awesome. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and will utilize Ridge Top in the future. Great company."

"I Had previously hired a company from Home Advisor to do this work. This was new to me. They were hired in Sept, with an expectation to fix my roof before Thanksgiving. It got pushed to before Christmas and then sometime next year. I was fortunate that they refunded my money, therefore, I'm not mentioning the name. I reached out again to Home Advisor and got Brian. It was a couple of days before Christmas and told him of my situation. He not only gave me a good deal on the roof repair, he did the job right after Christmas because he noticed snow was going to come on Sunday. He was prompt, finished the job in a couple of hours. I'm rating 5 because the work looks good, the price was good and he was prompt, polite and caring. My intention is for Brian's work to last a couple of years to allow me time to save up for a full roof repair. So far happy with the peace of mind that the repair was done before damage could happen."
