They got all the base, border, and pavers installed in November of last year and followed through on completion of the project with polysand this spring. "Chris and Chad from Ancora were very enthusiastic about our fireplace project from the beginning. They pointed us to a great stone supplier for the fireplace facing and we found a stone we love. We had an especially challenging request to create a floating cement hearth, which they were more than willing to tackle. They worked with us to design a hearth that would meet code and provide the look we were going for, then poured and installed it. When the color wasn't what we expected, they poured a second hearth (which is the perfect color) and replaced the first. They also installed the stone; the overall effect of the stone and cement is great."
