"Great job on short notice. Jeff of Carpet Masters had cleaned the entire carpeting of the condo last summer, and we wanted 2/3 of it done again before moving. Jeff responded quickly to a Saturday afternoon phone call and was able accommodate our request to do the job within 3 days. He arrived on time, got right to work, was friendly and talkative the entire time, had no problem adapting to the confines and quirks of the townhome complex, and got the job done quickly and cleanly despite a snowstorm. I appreciated his honesty when he told me one portion (originally scheduled to be cleaned) was still clean and not worth doing again so quickly. "Overall the experience was great.  They were very nice at the store when helping us pick out the carpeting and vinyl.  They sent out a guy for the estimate right away.  Scheduling was tricky because they are very busy but they also ended up getting the job done the two days after Christmas which I was pleasantly surprised about.  They weren't the cheapest option so I gave them a C (fair) on the price because it was more than a lot of other quotes, but the service and quality of the product we got was worth the extra money.  Would recommend them and use them again in the future. <br />"

He worked with us regarding the price so we could stay within our budget. The employee who came out to measure, as well as the installers, both arrived at the agreed upon time.
