"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"Kitchen remodel. Matt was very responsive and easy to work with. He was very organized and was able to complete the job in 2 weeks. The issues we had were from the people he brought in. Electrical - did not clean up wood shavings from where he drilled in basement, and I had to fix electrical outlet that was improperly installed. Am now having issue with another outlet being tripped that never had that issue before. Plumbing - left the water running in the utility tub in the basement. Since I do not go in the basement often I did not catch it until the next day. Behind the stove were a bunch of wood shavings and parts. Overall we are very pleased with the final product."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"Nick arrived at my house and gave an estimate when he said he was going to . That was a plus right there, because I had many companies that never showed up or even called to cancel. Some of the companies wouldn't even give me an estimate when I told them I purchased the doors already. I needed someone to install them. Nick Emailed the proposal so I could look it over in its entirety. The whole experience was extremely non-stressful with Nick and his crew. Nick and I played a little phone tag but that was my fault entirely. He was persistent and didn't give up trying to get in touch with me. We finally connected and the ball got rolling very quickly. Nick was available throughout the entire installation.  Nick looked over what was done step-by-step and instructed what he wanted done and his crew did it precisely as instructed. They were all very professional. The dirt and dust was vacuumed up as it accumulated. I let Nick know that I wanted him to do some more projects for me in the future, as I need to update my bathroom and kitchen. I can't say enough about the workmanship. The doors are awesome and look great from the outside.

Justin, our sales rep, spent time explaining their products and process, he was honest with cost and even suggested a more cost effective window. Carl was our installer, he was prompt and professional, explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had while he was there. "Great customer service, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I contracted for a tub/shower replacement and a second stand alone shower replacement.There are some dings in my tub, and my flooring and baseboard has damage on my stand alone. I was told that someone will be in contact to address these things. The install was yesterday so I m going to give them time to correct, last the product (not the labor) looks on the inexpensive end for the price. There is a lifetime warranty which is great. Most of all I LOVE LOVE their customer service."
