"Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a leak in my bathroom and had no idea why. When he arrived he properly determined the age of my roof (with out me even telling him), and then explained that my shingles were fine and all I needed to do was replace the pipe flashing on my roof. He took the time to explain to me where to look so I could understand where the water was coming from. He gave me a very reasonable price so I hired him on the spot. He showed me in advance the materials he would use to replace the flashing and he showed me the damaged flashing when he removed it to confirm his assessment was accurate. Overall I was very pleased with his work and found him to be knowledgeable and pleasant to work with"

Marco the owner came over and explained that stringers needed to be installed to support the wood steps in the middle. He explained some options and prices. Picked and agreed on the work. He was able to come over one afternoon and did the job with his assistant. He was very professional and explained what he was doing because I kept asking him questions. "From the initial quote to the finished job, Bill and his crew did fantastic work. They replaced old flashing, and repaired damaged plywood and brick at the base of the chimney. They were prompt, professional and attended to every detail. Bill informed me of damage discovered after the shingles were removed and he and the crew repaired it thoroughly and matched the shingles perfectly. On a very hot day, they even took the time to clean out my gutters and remove some branches and other debris from the roof. After they cleaned up the work site, you couldn’t tell they were ever there. I would highly recommend B&E Prime Construction and will definitely give Bill a call when future projects arise. "

When he came out to survey our prospective job, he listened closely to what we wanted, took notes, did measurements, and made suggestions. Later that day he sent my a proposal, detailing the materials and total cost of the project. Ultimately, the final cost was only about $300 more as additional material was needed. Mr. Nastasi worked a full day each day he was here. He also was honest and direct - he told me when he would arrive in morning, and he did. He told me when he had to complete another job so he might have to leave early or miss a day. Many Subs aren't professional enough to simply tell the truth. He always did.
