"Alpine installed my Trane heating and air conditioning system 18 years ago. At that time, I decided to purchase a service contract that would allow me to receive 2x a year cleaning and inspection. It was the best investment I could have made! Today their technician Troy came to conduct the preseason service on my air conditioner. My appointment was for 10am and Troy arrived promptly at 10am! During the course of the inspection, Troy discovered that the dual run capacitor was leaking oil. He showed me the part and suggested that it could be a problem down the road. Since the system is 18 years old, I wasn't surprised that there might be a worn part that would need to be replaced. Luckily, he had the part on hand and was able to do the repair right away. "Santo has now completed the replacement of all doors in our home. Which looks so beautiful and makes our home more up to date and provides such a clean look. Santo installed a new hard wood floor in our entire main floor level. He went to the flooring store to help us pick out the flooring and he was able to advise the flooring rep of exactly what flooring and materials were needed to complete the job. He built valances for our kitchen windows, patio door, and hung the new blinds for us which look fabulous. In addition to providing more storage space for us, he built a coat rack and shelf for my husband's hats in our basement. Saved us space and it looks great as well as being very functional.
