"The owner Barry was very helpful with numerous phone calls back and forth but the position of the water supply on the floor of a slab inside the smart toilet's footprint increased the price beyond two thousand dollars and not worth the headache of jack hammering our floor to move the supply line."

"Everyone at Arctic Air is polite and professional! They take the time to answer all your questions, any time you have one. I highly recommend this company. PS: they also installed a hole house tankless water heater in my house. They did a terrific job on that also."

"We had several different technicians working on installing a new water heater in a crawl space. There were several different unexpected occurrences that arose, but the guys were great. They were respectful, curious, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining our oppositions. They were responsive and prompt to some unexpected situations. Highly recommend them, I'm giving the technicians ten stars for their professional and respectful work ethics."

"The owner is personable and knowledgeable. We ended up putting a tank water heater instead of the tankless which was three times the cost. He explained in detail the differences and we decided to stick with the tank. Once we made our decision, it was only several days before they came and installed the new water heater. They covered our floors, weâ re very respectful of our home and cleaned up after they were finished. They were both pleasant, professional and efficient. Would recommend them highly. Our technicians were Chuck and Devon."

"William came over when we had a leak going from our shower into the basement, and he honestly saved the day! He took the time to really listen and figure out exactly what was wrong, and he had the problem fixed relatively quickly. He was extremely professional, respectful, personable, and just an all-around great person to have in our home. He cleaned everything up when he was finished, and by the next day everything was completely back in order. I was honestly blown away by the entire experience. It’s not every day you come across someone who is so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant at the same time. I would absolutely recommend William to everyone! "Bill was professional and his guys did an excellent job with the installation and clean up. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. I would use him again."

"I requested a referral to plumbing service providers through Angie's List on Wednesday. Two companies were provided, so I reached out to the first one that never got back to me and then to Pipe Works who were able to send out a technician within one hour. He called to inform me that he was on his way and came and inspected what needed to be done, providing an itemized statement of work. He gave me the seniors discount and waived the taxes on the job since it was over $1,000. He returned two days later and completed the job within 3 hours. He was professional, polite, respectful of my home always removing his shoes each time he left and came back and explained the work he had done when he was finished. I would use this company again without reservation and highly recommend them for quality, reliability, affordability and exceptional professionalism. They also follow-up after the job is complete."

"They did a fantastic job, however I believe the labor cost was a little steep. And they should share the maintenance on the water heater with the customer."
