"They did a great job. Very happy with their work and it comes with a lifetime guarantee transferrable to a new buyer, should I decide to sell my house."

"Georgia Roofing Systems is a top notch roofing company. Trust and quality is what one can expect when choosing them to replace your roof. Not once did we worry about their ethics or quality of product. The owner, Anthony walked with us each step of the way and ensured we fully understood the product that would be going on our house. We would highly recommend Georgia Roofing Systems for anyone looking to replace their roof."

"Excellent. Started on January 26th and expected to take 2+ days. Arrived at house at 7;30 am and began removing old shingles. New shingles and associated materials arrived by 8:00 am. On site was a Project Manager who has the GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite Roofing Certification, a Foreman and one roofing crew. The temperature was in the low 40s and around 10:00 am it began to drizzle. The Project Manager proceeded to bring in a second roofing crew to expedite the work. Under very adverse weather conditions on a very steep roof, work continued until 7:00 pm when it became too dark to safely work on the roof. By this time the new roof was approximately 98% complete. The next morning, one crew returned to complete the roof and thoroughly clean up the worksite. I found the workmanship and work ethic by everyone on site very impressive.

"We couldn’t be more pleased with the job that Russ, and his crews performed. People have asked if we won a contest for a home makeover, because the change is so dramatic. PRS took off the old siding, repaired all the rotted wood underneath, covered the frame with the highest grade wrap, put up the new Nichiha siding, fixed any loose electrical fixtures, put up 2 coats of Sherwin Williams, painted our trim the accent color, and even painted the doors and lattice work a third color, and put up new gutters; all for the price that he quoted us, which was thousands less than the next bid, which did not include gutters. We would definitely hire PRS again, and highly recommend them for all your siding and roofing needs."

"Total Pro Roofing and sales associate Cory were outstanding. From the opening phone contact, true professionalism to completion of the work. Highly impressed with the workmanship, professional explanations, and response/work time. Truly, a great experience (which is important...because if you need a new roof, you are most likely stressed already). I fully endorse Total Pro Roofing... ask for Cory, you will not be disappointed."

"They had an estimator at our location the day I first made contact.  Rob was friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. He answered all my questions and respected my timeline and need to gather other quotes.  I was especially grateful for Rob's detailed explanation for his approach to our roofing needs.
In the end we did not go with Deans, but only because we opted for a different approach to redo the flat part of the roof.  The Deans price estimate was on the lower end of 4 that we received, and was definitely reasonable.
I am keeping their name and number for future construction and repair needs.

"Gutter Guards was priced fair, time efficient, & did a great job on our gutter installation."

"The removal and replacement of the shingles went well. The crew did not replace the rain diverters over the entry doors. Our sales rep was responsive to text and phone messages but somehow the work never got scheduled until a phone conversation with the main office. One major drawback was that the on-site supervisor did not speak the same language as the roofing crew, I don't understand how they can work that way. Thankfully the roofing crew didn't seem to need much supervision."

"The quality of repair was excellent. The crew was professional, efficient, and clean. They were able to come on site the day after I contacted them. There was some miscommunication on pricing so be sure to follow up in text on any quotes you receive over the phone."
