"We worked with Tyler to finish our attic and remodel our guest bath on the first floor. The work started on time and came in on budget. Tyler was here to introduce us to the crew. We liked the peace of mind the folks Triangle Classic Homes does business with, are partners. They knew them well and we could feel confident of who was coming in to complete the work. The attic is about 500 square feet with a half bath. The molding and bookcases look amazing. The flooring was in quickly and looks beautiful and the bathroom turned out better than we even imagined. The guest bathroom looks like a page from a magazine. The flooring is amazing and the whole project came together seamlessly. Tyler and crew brought our vision to life, while providing quality work and reliability."

"Jeff was very responsive and contacted me pretty quickly after the purchase to schedule. It was easy to schedule a mutually convenient date. It was raining the day he was scheduled to come at 9:00 and he called at 7:30 to let me know we needed to reschedule. He came the very next day, exactly on time. Jeff was very professional and personable and before going on the roof asked if there were any areas of concern. I had two areas of old leaks (one in each bathroom) and showed those to him - the very reason I purchased this deal. I also knew that the flat roof on my front porch was long overdue for replacement. I could hear Jeff using a hammer a few times, When he was done he explained that the roof overall was in "A" condition (I had a new roof installed 16 years ago) and he had repaired a few nail pops/lifted shingles and fastened the flashing around the skylight and applied sealant. He also advised that the two areas with old leaks came from vent pipes that needed new flanges. As expected, he recommended a new rubber roof for my flat porch roof (it was not replaced when the house roof was done and is about 48 years old). He gave me what I think is a fair price to replace the pipe flanges and also quoted me a price for a new rubber roof for the porch that I think is fair. We scheduled the work for the pipe flanges but I deferred on the porch roof for now due to other pending remodeling. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I plan to use Jeff in the near future when I am ready to replace the porch roof."
