"Our whirlpool front loading washing machine stopped working the Sunday before Christmas. I used the company’s web site to request the appliance to be repaired. I received a phone call on Wednesday morning which was the first day they were open after the holiday. They were able to send someone out within an hour of calling since they had one opening, which was very fortunate considering the weekend qnd long Christmas holiday. The gentleman that arrived was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I explained the problem being the spin cycle stopped working. Within less than 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem, and unfortunately it was a bearing gone bad, which required an extremely expensive repair which would be close to a new washing machine which didnt make sense on a 9 year old washer. He was able to provide me alot of information about pros and cons of front loaders vs top loaders as well as their experience with various manufacturers. This was extremely beneficial as I went out looking for a new washing machine. I would highy recommend this company for any appliance repair.
