"The man that came out told me that he would not recommend flushing my water heater. I found it odd that they were offering that service if they don't recommend doing it. He seemed to know what he was doing and did a good job with the inspection. I also wanted him to switch my hook up from county water to well water. I had to pay extra for that, but that was fine."

To help us save money, the technician tried to get us to pay him directly to be "our personal plumber" and leave Michael & Sons out of it. That right there was shady. We called several other plumbers who were able to get the job done for $1100-1300. **UPDATE** After I submitted my review on Angie's List I was promptly contacted by Michael & Son corporate office and they apologized for our experience and gave us a $250 credit on our account. However, I still feel as if they are way overpriced for what they offer. That is truly a matter of opinion. PROFESSIONALISM D for the technician, but he was dealt with appropriately but an A for the corporate office."

"Wayne and his crew did a spectacular job, at a very fair price. What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue. Lastly, when we had concerns with a faint odor (not caused by their work) he immediately returned the next morning, to ensure everything was working properly. We highly recommend Lindsay's Air Care -- excellent and prompt, expert service. Very fair price, knowledgeable and friendly, willing to explain all work, quick to follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied and that the work was done correctly in all respects."
