"Peter and RJ worked efficiently right from the start. They removed the old tankless water heater and mounted the new one. Then, modified and replaced the old gas and water pipes and fittings as necessary to connect the new unit. They were in and out in about 4hrs with no major issues. They did have one minor issue with the outdoor exhaust housing not fitting but performed a work-around to insure the unit would work properly while waiting for the replacement part to come in. When it arrived, roughly a week later, Peter came right out and installed the hood. The technicians were a good team, polite and personable and I was pleased with the finished installation."

He seemed to know what he was doing and did a good job with the inspection. I also wanted him to switch my hook up from county water to well water. I had to pay extra for that, but that was fine."

The water pressure had been set by Michael and Sons a year ago when they replaced the water pressure valve. It was too high for that particular faucet, which malfunctioned.
