"I left him a message and he called me back within 30 minutes. 45 minutes later he was at my house. I have waited days for other plumbers in the past. I hired him to unclog a drain but he quickly figured out that the drain was not the issue. My sump pump was not pumping water out of the house yet the sump pump was working. He found the issue and fixed it and could have been done but he went above and beyond he spent extra time to reconfigure the whole setup and replaced a part because of it's age, that was still working, at no charge. He didn't rush the job. He was meticulous when diagnosing the issue. Very professional. Very personable. And very reasonable pricing. I am hiring him again soo to do a much bigger job. "They came out and noticed that there was a low charge on the heat pump and noticed that there was some corrosion on some of the pipes so they figured there may be a leak in the system. As a result I will be getting a new unit altogether that is covered by the home warranty that Choice has provided. The only out of pocket cost that I need to pay for is any modifications and fabrication that needs to happen to integrate the new system. So in total I am paying $550 for a $5000 system."
