"Norman and Brian went above and beyond with my project. I needed them to install a cooktop and retracting down draft, both of which, I was told by the salesman, would be easy. It was NOT easy. The cooktop would have been pretty straightforward except the incorrect pipe from the gas regulator was installed at the factory. Norman and Brian took the cooktop overnight and removed the pipe and replaced it. Installation was a breeze for them after that. The down draft was in tight quarters and involved opening the unit, installing electrical and reversing the blower. Simple right, Mr. Salesman? They were able to get that done after securing some other parts - none of which I would know how or where to get. Norman and Brian are extremely trustworthy, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I have found my "first choice" when it comes to hiring someone to do work outside my comfort zone.
