James was able to pinpoint the issue and fix it in less than 10 minutes. He and his son were able to install a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal very quickly and it looks just great. He quoted the price over the phone and made sure to charge me what he had quoted. "I was thrilled with Heart's Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing recent visit to my home. Their serviceman, Mark Sanger, appeared on Sept. 14th, 2020 and very quickly figured out that I just needed a large screw tightened to stop the leak under my sink. He quickly fixed it and THERE WAS NO CHARGE . It had been leaking a lot and had saturated parts of my carpet. He gave me advice that with my older home I would eventually need to replace that screw, but that I should not do it until required, as it was an expensive part. He gave me great general advice about my sink and pipes, worked quickly and efficiently, and EARNED A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I appreciate that I was given updates about his exact arrival time on the day of the appointment and they also gave online personal information and a PICTURE of the repairman coming to my house. It made me feel very comfortable to have been given this information and I appreciated the concern the company showed for MY PERSONAL SAFETY.
