Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. They brought my vision to life! They left the site clean every day. I got 5 bids on the project, (including a friend and a contractor I used to remodel the kitchen.). Custom Sunrooms had the best price even with this year’s crazy price increases on wood. All work passed inspections with ease. Payments were set based on progress or passing inspections. The purchase and installation process went very smoothly. I was contacted quickly by Howen and got an appointment that worked for my schedule. The installer was on time and did the work very quickly. He also did a quick check up on my garage door and cleaned up nicely. 
In all, this was a very good experience and we are very happy with the new opener.
