"I am a bit late with this review but it's because things have been so hectic. Anyway, my sump pump failed so my basement flooded. The guy they sent out was an outstanding plumber. He not only installed a new sump pump but he used a piece of 2X4 to fasten it to the cinder block wall and it is so much quieter! Outstanding work, done quickly but with care, as if he was fixing his own sump! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"Unfortunately this provider does not service my area. I really wish he did. Even after he discovered I'm not in his service area, he gave me advice on arsenic removal and well rehabilitation. He is clearly very knowledgeable and is not just out to make a buck. He confirmed what I suspected--that many well drillers will tell you that you need a whole new well when repair will suffice. He said the only reason to replace a well is when sand starts getting through. I recommend him highly. <br />"

"I tried to find some plumber to replace two gate valves in my basement. The two valves are immediately upstream and downstream to the water meter, respectively and very important to the water safety in the house. I found Genson's from the Angie's list. Prior to the choice, I had inquired several plumbers on the price and Genson's gave the lowest one (the highest quote I got was $450). I also found that they really meant business, although they are little bit far away from where I live, they readily promised to provide the service. I confided in them since they clearly put the hourly charge rate here (which is $80/hr, plus $20 service fee), which makes things much easier and trustworthy. They made all the contact with the city water department to arrange the switch-off of the curb side valve on the date they performed the service when they sent one gentleman to do the work. The gentleman arrived as promised and took 45 min to complete the job, which was very professional and perfect. I am very satisfied and thus highly recommend. <br />"

"I very much appreciated Nathaniel's expert advise and honesty and professionalism. Ends up our washer is in need of about $400 - $500 in repairs and instead of trying to get us to go for that, he recommended we just buy a new one for less than $500 (he recommended one that he just bought for his home). I'm pretty sure that most appliance repairmen would try to sell the expensive repair, but after he clearly explained the situation, I'm certain he's correct. I will use this company for future work (they don't sell appliances, btw, so they aren't making any money when we buy a new one). If their company culture is the kind of honesty, professionalism and trustworthiness that Nathaniel exhibited, I'm confident they'll do a great job for any of our future plumbing, heating, cooling or repair needs."

"This was an amazing experience start to finish. Joe came out to give us a quote. He suggested that we try a couple of different things before getting the waterproofing done just to be sure we needed it before we spent the money. We did end up needing the waterproofing, and we are so glad we used Water B Gone. Everyone at the company worked so hard to be sure the job was done correctly - permits, inspectors, workmanship, etc. They left the worksite in amazing condition - they even replaced the grass and mulch they had taken out to put in the sump pump discharge pipe. Communication was excellent, and they were very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thanks, Water B Gone!"
