"Our place had good bones but didn’t work for our daily life. Every room felt cut off from the next. Ben and Teddy from Top Remodeling sat with us and came up with a better layout without changing the size of the home. "I paid over $22,000 for the remodel of a roughly 70 square foot bathroom. it did include a lot of tile work but this is still over $300 per square foot, and yet all the materials he chose were some of the cheapest, bottom-line material available. we ended up putting our own lighting in. subsequently, I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling that turned out to be due to the fact that the tub shoe was not sealed properly. $225 for a plumber to find this, and TBD cost to repair my kitchen ceiling, and Andrew?s response to this was ?I?m sorry you had to deal with this.? I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because his workers were meticulous in lining up floor and shower tiles. "
