Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem.
