My salesman Joe recommended CORTEC flooring and I went with a gray tone flooring. It look beautiful, love how great it came out. The lead installer, Armando was the bomb, he and his crew wasted no time getting up the carpet and laying down the flooring. It’s now just one seamless flow from room to room. Didn’t like the standard picture frame look around the fireplace so my salesperson Joe, brained stormed to come up with solutions. Armando came back out removed it, tweeted the area some, and I am thrilled with the new look. See pictures below"

They picked up the rug the same day that I called, moved a heavy coffee table to get to it, and returned it, clean, as promised 10 days later. They did a deep cleaning and I can honestly say the colors are more vibrant now than when we sent it out. The red spots have vanished and we are very pleased with the outcome.
