I got s visit the next day to look the project over. While here he evaluated several trees and told me what he could do to enhance their existence as well as to protect my property. "From the start, Jose was responsive, punctual, and knowledgeable. With all the rain we've been having in NoVa recently, I've been having water issues in my finished basement. Jose, and a number of other landscapers came out to assess the grading of my front lawn. He came up with a plan, which I asked to scale back, and executed it within three days of agreeing to do the work. Jose took time to explain what he was doing and why and quoted a reasonable price (especially compared to other companies). Once it was all finished he told me to call if I have water issues in the next few months. I would certainly consider hiring Capitol Landscaping again."

"I contacted Mr. Garrett the morning of May 1, 2014 to get a quote on some landscaping. and left a voice mail..he called me back within ten minutes.  He said he would come by the next day and give me an estimate.  When he came by he told me what he would do and gave me and estimate.   Previously, someone else had given me an estimate but after my down payment, I was told they couldn't do it for a month.  That is when I contacted Mr. Garrett, I needed the job done asap.  My first question to Mr. Garrett was when he could get to it because I didn't want to wait a month.  He stated he could come by late that afternoon, since the job wasn't too big, to complete the job.  A few hours later, he came back with an employee and together they mulched, dug and planted my yard, along with trimming my Japanese Maple Bush.  He did an awesome job.  I would recommend him for any thing.  I even happened to mention needing the deck around my pool and I am going to get a quote for that too soon.

"Chad showed up when scheduled to give us an estimate. We had a general idea of what we wanted and tried to convey our and quot;design thoughtsand quot; to him. He was very helpful with suggestions as well, when asked. Within a day or two of his initial visit, he provided drawings and a written estimate for the work to be performed. We had gathered different estimates and his, although, not the least expensive, was the most complete, detailing costs for material/labor for each step of the process. The drawings he provided gave us assurance that he did, indeed, understand what we were looking to have done. Once we made the decision to go with his design/estimate, we provided a deposit and were put on his schedule. He began the job on time and stayed within his estimate on costs. All of his work was done as promised and done within the time frame he promised. This was especially nice because the weather was not always cooperative. Upon completion, he even came back to ensure that everything looked good to us and that we had no issues with drainage or runoff, etc. We absolutely LOVE the patio. It looks exactly as we had pictured it would. We will definitely keep him in mind for any future projects.

"Great experience. I liked the options they provided, they were great about communicating before and during the project, and the final work (replacement patio) was beautiful, and done within days. The hour after they finished, we had an intense rainstorm that flushed some of the grout back out before it dried, but they were back in the morning to fix it and it is all picture perfect. I would go back to this company for any future work of this kind, I haven’t had many experience with home improvements that were this good."
