Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. They also ensured that they had our new water heater turned on and running before leaving. We will not hesitate to contact Willis for any of our plumbing needs."

Great communication from the company as well. Aside: Lesson learned for Dad, never plant trees above any kind of buried lines. They can crush anything. Michael and Sons are not the cheapest rates in town, but the solid reputation with the Home Advisor proved solid. I think the price should be $3500 for a sewer line replacement on a quarter acre, as a standard, but the competition did not have as good a track record and they took many weeks to get back to me on requests. Kudos Michael and Sons Services."
