He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

Originally we called them to do a few basic fixes that were identified at our home inspection, but during his routine investigation around the house, he found water coming in through the electric panel. "Showed up within the timeframe and called ahead to let me know they would be there shortly which was appreciated. Explained work to be done and made sure to use shoe booties before entering the home. Explained service contract that I placed on both HVAC's and the cost which in my opinion was very reasonable for biannual checkup. My only comment is since I did sign up for their maintenance plan I would expect to receive an email acknowledging this service other than the invoice for work performed. I am not sure if they will be in contact with me to remind me to schedule these appts since it was not done at time of repair or if I am just expected to call."

Based on my situation and the current installed oil heating system I would be wasting money trying to change to a new electric system. He indicated the system installed was a top of the line efficient system. After the conversation I let him know I appreciated his honesty and input.
