"Our bay window had water damage, and we were looking to repair some indoor drywall water damage as well. We were looking to replace all the wood outer wood of the window, and not just replace a bad spot. After 20 years the bay window had some rotted wood and was looking a bit ragged. Everything went very well. The representative that came over to talk over the repairs was on time, courteous, and willing to answer any questions. I was able to ask questions about upgrading from wood replacement to pvc board, and what the costs and long-term benefits would be. We also had the kickplate under the door replaced. They were very good about letting us know when they could get to the job and called ahead to let us know when they were planning to be out. We also had the inner wall of our stairwell repaired. There had been some water damage at the top and in the corner, and they were able to repair and repaint the wall that we couldn't have reached ourselves. The replacement of the weather-worn wood under the soffits was replaced, caulked, and painted. They really look nice. Everyone was polite, on time, and were motivated to come in and get the job done. We are very happy with the results. Everything looks great."
