"Dave, along with Granite Plus was hired to renovate our kitchen counter. Dave's job was to cut down the counter from bar height to counter height. Expertise in carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing and electrical was necessary. Dave coordinated these specialties along with the Granite Plus folks such that the entire project was completed on schedule and without issues. While dust was a given during the project, Dave sealed off the kitchen in a floor to ceiling plastic room and utilized an air purifier to nearly eliminate the spread of dust. Each night his crew "Swiffered" the kitchen clean. Our old sink & plumbing was functional but for only one day! Then, promptly after Granite Plus installed the new quartz countertop, Dave's guys returned to install the new sink, etc. All was seamless! Dave and his crew did such an impressive job, I hired him thereafter to change out 2 ceiling fans, 3 ceiling lights and retrofit the kitchen cabinet drawers & doors with soft closure hardware. Upcoming, Dave has been hired again to perform additional plumbing and electrical work in our condo. You can depend on Dave!"

"Their service was very good.  I did not go with them because I was undecided about refacing or replacing.  In the end, I just replaced most of my kitchen cabinet, but I am going to ask the guy back to reface my bathroom cabinet.  The guy was very good, and he came on time.  He worked professionally.  He was very likeable because he was someone you can really talk to.  He explained the details of his job really well.  When it comes to his responsiveness, he called me back right away, and he came on time in his duty."

"Charles is awesome to work with. I sent him pictures of the vanity via cellphone. He contacted me immediately with the cost minus the Angie's list Big Deal. Note: The final amount included the Angie's list Big Deal. Charles contacted me the next day to set up an app't for him to come over to my house in Brown Deer to get things started. Charles and assistant, Greg, prepped the vanity, the doors and drawers were taken off along with hinges and were taken to his place of business. The stain for the drawers and doors was matched to the color of another cabinet I had in the same area via a shelf. Once that process was done Charles called me to make an app't to concentrate on the cabinet itself. Charles and Greg performed the work together. Charles is very precise in how he wants his final product to look. When he brought the drawers and doors back to my house to be installed he discovered that the stain did not match to his liking. He took the drawers and doors back to his shop to be redone. Once that was completed, he brought the drawers and doors back to my house to be installed. This time everything was perfect. He installed the new hardware I purchased and even sprayed the hinges to match the hardware. I would definitely recommend Charles and the people who work for him. "Overall it went well. We had a minor issue that we were able to resolve over the phone. After purchasing a refrigerator, we re-measured the space at home and decided we bought the wrong model. We called and the department manager was able to swith our purchase with one on display. I think the price was fair, the delivery was as promised. My only issue as noted in the "B" punctuality score was we had a hard time getting someone in the department on the phone to agree to switch our purchased refrigerator with one that would fit in our kitchen."
