"Dave, along with Granite Plus was hired to renovate our kitchen counter. Dave's job was to cut down the counter from bar height to counter height. Expertise in carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing and electrical was necessary. Dave coordinated these specialties along with the Granite Plus folks such that the entire project was completed on schedule and without issues. While dust was a given during the project, Dave sealed off the kitchen in a floor to ceiling plastic room and utilized an air purifier to nearly eliminate the spread of dust. Each night his crew "Swiffered" the kitchen clean. Our old sink & plumbing was functional but for only one day! Then, promptly after Granite Plus installed the new quartz countertop, Dave's guys returned to install the new sink, etc. All was seamless! Dave and his crew did such an impressive job, I hired him thereafter to change out 2 ceiling fans, 3 ceiling lights and retrofit the kitchen cabinet drawers & doors with soft closure hardware. Upcoming, Dave has been hired again to perform additional plumbing and electrical work in our condo. You can depend on Dave!"

"First of all John listened to my vision and my requirements; many contractors try to tell you what you should want. He coordinated all of the subcontractors and performed work to a high standard. Best thing I can say is he treated the project as though he was doing work for a friend."

"Overall, it was a very positive experience! The kitchen looks great now. My daughter said, and quot;You have a new house.and quot; <br /> I contacted three contractors for my project. The contractor I selected recommended A. Fillinger. The design work started in October and we went through many revisions to be ready to start at the end of February. I reserved a spot in their production schedule even before we had finalized the plans. It was six weeks out at the time. <br /> The cabinets were delivered on the scheduled date. The cabinet doors and drawer fronts were not included in the first delivery but that protected them from damage during the installation. They did arrive at a good point in the project. <br /> The microwave cabinet had to be replaced. It exactly followed the specifications and both the range and microwave installation manuals. However, I felt the microwave was only 12-13 inches above gas burners and I felt that was not acceptable. Fillinger worked with me to reduce the price of the replacement. It was ready by the end of the project. <br /> The general contractor (Dwelling Renovations) installed the cabinets. <br /> I sometimes felt email responsiveness could be improved. <br /> I would definitely consider them again."

"The purchase of my new kitchen cabinets and counter tops went great, sales rep Greg was very attentive to all questions I had, made adjustments as needed, pricing was good, and they are made right on the premise, they came out to measure, delivery time was great, thought it would take maybe 4-6 weeks, we got in 2 weeks, delivery was on time promised, we did our own install. Counter tops were ordered and delivered 6 days later, installers were GREAT, Rodrigo and partner were on time promised, very professional, friendly, quick, cleaned up after, would not even know they were there, except for my new counter tops. Would definitely recommend Factory Plaza Per the picture the installers will do what is needed to get the job done 🙂"

"<p>We were looking for a supplier that could do a modern kitchen with high-gloss white as well as golden maple cabinets.  For the high-gloss white we searched high and low finding either cheap thermofoil options or super expensive lacquer. Finally we found Lamico and Jen (the greatest) showed us the perfect in-between product.</p> <p>We had a very specific look that we wanted and we had more than a few odd-ball requirements. Jen handled all our needs like a pro. She was so patient and so thorough - and let me tell you she knows her stuff. Her knowledge and eye for detail caught lots or possible snafus while we were still at the drawing board. She offered great suggestions that really made the final product look and work better (things I would not have thought about she brought to my attention).</p> <p>Jen was also very good with communication. We reworked the drawing a lot and she always sent new PDF with every little detail spelled out in black and white.</p> <p>When the cabinets were finally delivered Jen came out to personally make sure everything was a-ok and stayed in touch through the entire installation.</p> <p>The project was not without a few hick-up. A few of the pieces got beat up in shipping and had to be remade and as luck would have it our project landed right in the middle of the manufacturer?s holiday shut down so the lead time was quite a bit longer than we had planned.  But whatever issues like this that we had were all somewhat out of Lamico?s control. And Jen did her best to make right what she could.</p> <p>All in all, I?d use Lamico again as long as Jen is working there.</p> <p>And one last note: I?m a designer and wordworker myself and a very persnickety so-and-so.  That Jen and the folks at Lamico were able to impress me is saying something.</p>"

"Brian was very easy to work with.  He is very detail oriented and first emailed renderings before coming out for an estimate.  He then gave measurement specifics at the time of my estimate so I was able to visualize the cabinets in my space.  His timeline was very quick and fit our schedule perfectly.  Would highly recommend!  The cabinets are very high quality. For us, it was the same price we would have paid for "pre made" units from a big box store, but obviously much higher quality. <br />"

"We got quotes from seven different companies (custom builders and big box store) and it was an easy decision for us to chose Richard.  His prices comparable to the big box store prices for a far superior product.  Cabinets are all solid wood versus veneer particle board construction. He also came up with many design suggestions that none of the other six thought of, such as moving the pull out garbage closer to the sink, installing a drawer near the floor under the sink, installing a dual layer silverware drawer, and creative ways to use some of the odd otherwise wasted space in our kitchen.  He spent a lot of time with us to discuss a layout to fit our needs as well as other suggestions to make the overall project better, such as removing the soffit above the old cabinets, installing can lighting, etc.  Richard is very easy to work with and definitely knows his stuff. <br /> The cabinets are beautiful, sturdy, and efficient, well built down to the smallest details.  We could not be happier with the finished product! I cannot believe the transformation in our kitchen. <br /> We removed the old cabinets ourselves and he had the new ones hung in one day then was back the next day to install the shelves and tweak anything that needed adjusting.  Each time he was here he left the place spotless and prides himself on customer satisfaction in all regards.  We also purchased granite countertops through him and those were installed by his subcontractor today.  That crew was also fast, efficient, and professional.  <br /> I would highly recommend Richards Cabinetry!"
