"I had a very difficult situation with a relatively new and $$$ Bosch tankless water heater. It required hours of troubleshooting and discussions with Bosch. Doug was phenomenal. His commitment was figuring out what was going on with this appliance was just amazing. I would not trust my tankless water heater to any other company than Water Heater Express. They are, without question, the best around. "

"We had the faucets replaced for our the water source for our washing machine in our mud room. Dylan did great work. The job was done quickly and Dylan was very friendly. Originally, I was only going to have the hot water replaced but he suggested that I replace both so that we would not have an issue with the cold water faucet and have to pay another trip charge. Dylan even helped me move the washing machine back in place."
